Dr.YS Rajasekhara Reddy was recognized as one of the most influential and popular leaders in India by the Central African country, Guinea-Bissau.
In its annual stamp released in honor of great leaders, the country chose Mahatma Gandhi this year and also featured Dr. YSR, G.K. Moopanar from Tamil Nadu and Yashwantrao Chavan from Maharashtra on the cover of the souvenir.
