YSR Congress party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has squarely put the blame on Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu for playing partisan politics and asked the people to teach the duo, a befitting lesson, on Sunday.

Kicking off the third phase of his 'Samaikya Sankharavam' and Odarpu Yatra in Thambalapalli of Chittor district, Jagan said that from Kuppam to Srikakulam, entire Andhra Pradesh wants 'Samaikyandhra'. Even in Chittoor district which has a population of 45 lakh people, almost every person has only one word to utter, 'Samaikya'. "But our fate is such that our CM and Chandrababu are not paying heed to the voices of the people," said Jagan.

“This is a fight between Delhi arrogance and the Telugu self respect and we should teach the treacherous leaders of Congress and TDP and fitting lesson by winning 30 MPs seats in the elections, which are very close at hand. Then we shall see who will divide the State” he said amid cheers at the mammoth public meeting at B.Kothakota
Training his guns on both Kiran Kumar and Chandrababu, both from Chittoor district, Jagan questioned as to whether the duo was aware of the water troubles that bifurcation will lead to? “Unfortunately natives of the land Kiran Kumar Reddy and Chandrababu Naidu are unable to hear that and understand the feelings of the locals. It is not to their concern and when elections come you have to pay back with equal measure give the mandate to YSRCP which is for Samaikayndhra,” he said.

"When Chandrababu and Kiran Kumar Reddy will come here, farmers should catch them by their collars and ask them where will they go for water? And ask them where will students go for jobs," Jagan said. He also questioned Chandrababu's hesitation in taking the word 'Samaikyandhra' even once.

According to YSRCP leaders, this Yatra by Jagan is aimed at changing the mindset of leaders who are unable to hear people’s voice, that wants a united Andhra. It also aims at putting an end to dirty politics, and to usher in a clean and healthy political atmosphere.

While concluding his speech, Jagan instigated the crowd to say ‘no’ to the separatist designs of Sonia, Chandrababu, and Kiran Kumar Reddy. He further inspired the heavy turnout asking them to change their language while expressing resentment as Sonia Gandhi cannot understand Telugu.

When Jagan asked the crowd whether they support the division of the State, the mammoth gathering shouted ‘no’. He called upon the public to carry out the same unrelenting spirit for united State till the general elections, and choose representatives, who reflect their aspirations.
